Archbishop lectured the Clergy about the need to prepare for retirement.

The Archbishop said preparation for retirement limits inconveniences at the time of their retirement. He also asked them to have time for their ancestral homes and their other family relatives such that when they retire, they ably associate with them and not to look like strangers. The Archbishop also told the Priests to construct minimal houses that would accommodate them and only their wives since their children might establish their own homes leaving them alone when they grow up.
