South Rwenzori Diocese today celebrated St. Luke’s day at Rwesande Health Centre IV with the Bishop breaking the ground for construction of a building that would accommodate an x-ray machine as efforts to upgrade the facility to a hospital status are under way.
The function was graced by the second deputy prime minister, Rt.Hon.Dr. Chrispus Walter Kiyonga as the chief guest.
